Commuting 101

For many people, a bicycle is only a toy, to be used recreationally. This one-week class is designed to help bicycle users realize the utility of the bicycle as a commuter vehicle in the Twin Cities. Classes will include discussion/presentation on: different factors that encourage/discourage commuting by bicycle; different routes that we like or don’t like; tips for dealing with inclement weather; and, ideas on how to look/feel/smell presentable in a professional work environment.
