What we stand for

Mission: be an open, accessible space to educate and empower people to use bicycles as transportation, helping to build a sustainable environment and community. 

Vision: to promote an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, self-sufficient way of life by teaching community members the skills essential to using bikes as a reliable, affordable, ecologically sustainable, and personally empowering form of transportation.

We achieve our mission and values by:

• refurbishing used bikes and selling them at an extremely affordable price to community members
• offering free bicycle mechanics to anyone who stops in
• offering volunteer programs that allow people to earn bicycles and used parts free of charge
• creating programs that empower community members and youth by educating and fostering relationships in a supportive environment where no one is turned away.
